Annual performance of our juniors

Prior to Covid the organization held community workshops teaching mediation skills to the open community and also provided one on one mediations for individuals and non-profit organizations since 2000. We also were contracted by Government agencies. Public Health and other government departments. We provided dispute resolution training for individual departments in the hospital system to deal with conflicts within the department. This was aimed at developing skills for those involved and creating a better understand and empathy for their coworkers and better ways of dealing with conflict when it arises.

Since covid we have not carried on the community training thus financial activity has been at minimum. We are now ready to re-establish the outreach and educational aspect of our mandate. If you have any further questions, I would be glad to provide more information
